    Around the beginning of the year. We were helped by Rim purchase some jewelry and watches. I briefly mentioned that if omega released a white speedmaster. That would be a dream watch for me. A few months later omega did and rim reached out to me to let me know that the store will be expecting some pieces. Of course i signed up for one! Fast forward to july 2024 as i was ordering a gift for my wife from Rim (the barbie pink tag heuer) she mentions that my white speedy has arrived as well. So not only am i getting a gift for the wifie but i also got MY WATCH! Amazing experience. Bucherer timedome is an amazing store with amazing staff. I highly recommend for any watch person to drop in and browse through.

    Just wanted to give two huge thanks! First to Aldo for the awesome customer service and interaction he gave to my wife and I upon our arrival to the store. It was his extended conversation with us that then led to his ultimately introducing us to Heidi. I haphazardly mentioned my interest in a particular Rolex to Aldo. He then was able to get with Heidi, and upon introduction, Heidi was able to confirm a watch that fit the bill in terms of what I was seeking. She then was patient with me as I processed the decision to make the purchase. Between both interactions, it ended up being one of the best initial customer service experiences I've had. Thanks so much to both of them! I've had some disappointing experiences at other ADs, so this was beyond refreshing. They made it beyond a memorable trip for me and I will return soon!

    Bobby and Jonathan both were amazing, professional, and welcoming. As a watch collector I was completely impressed with the amount of time pieces and the level of pieces they have here. I enjoyed our conversation and insight to some pieces that are new to me. Everytime I come back to Vegas I'll be stopping in to say hello and get the best service. Thank you again guys!

    I recently visited Tourneau | Bucherer and was interested in purchasing my first Rolex. I had never visited an authorized dealer and was a bit intimidated by just walking in to try to purchase a timepiece. After speaking to one of the staff about what I was looking for and the price range, she ushered me to Lana who was handling the pre-owned watches. Lana treated me the utmost respect and professionalism. Being a younger man I did think I may not be taken seriously, but that was far from the case. She let me view and try on numerous pieces around my range until I decided on the one I would purchase. Thank you Lana for making my first Rolex puchase one I will remember for a lifetime. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
